We Marshals can already now begin to think about replacment for the people who have decided to step down shall be.
And if we take the next step and think about who should replace the people we not will hear from so we can hold a meeting Monday after the raid and form a list to the officers who tells which people we will like to demote and promote so this can be done Wednesday by one of the officers.
This list will be update if I got more answer from the people we have contact.

Warriors:
Replace Gilzuur with Myanmar. He is a good player, nice gear and he has a very good attendance.
Hunters:
Replace Priori with Clawhammer. He is a good player, nice gear and he has a very good attendance.
As for Tinilgawie, I don't know. I can't find he's application.
Rogues:
Replace Luskun with Shadowscream. As for what I know he is a OK Rogue. Been in alot 20man runs lately and I think he can keep a high attendance.
Replace Eärwen with Drakdaedaren. He is a good equipped in blues and the comments from the guild members, this should be a stand up guy!
As for the others, we need to find some new members.
Druids:
Replace Elenionet with Sandrion. Nice player, been attending alot of raids lately and I think he would be a nice player for the Raidgroup!
Replace Mirianna with Xyco. Spi's brother, gib invite ;)
Mages:
Demote both Arkhon and Dynastar.
Invite Tlor, Soalra and Thierry.
Paladins:
Don't demote anybody or invite. Sheperdbook will be back soon and Galahan will get he's attendance up. Furthermore, the current Paladins have a very good attendance percent.
Warlocks:
I really think Saori is talking crap to be honest. I haven't had any good feelings with him, and frankly I don't like him or he's attitude. I also think Othbarty will be back after the vacation. So my decision is to actually talk with Soari about the current situation with him (not attending raids, leaving early when he is attending ect), if he can't live up to it then we demote him. And let's get Furyian in the guild as a Defender, hes a very good player, and another lock is allways good :)

Soalra might be wrong there. He is invited to RG1 as a Pallie! You might have meant Deloris. Deloris and Soalra are a package deal. If RG2 turn down Deloris then we (RG1) do not get Soalra. Nothing nasty about it but the chap gave his word to only move together. RG1 has accepted Soalra's application. Now it's down to you folks. If you need a mage and Deloris fits the bill then it will do us both good if she is accepted. If she does nto fit the bill then ignore the RG1 issue, you make your own decisions. I have already chased for the Allakhazam profile, it shoudl be with us this afternoon.

Deloris/Soalra will have to be contacted IG for the profile, due to move i lost most of my PM archive, and even if it worked i doubt it would help since they problably dont have thier account working atm.
