Does anyone know where i could purchase a rack mount case from, i got a bit of money to spare and was looking to upgrade maybe MB, memory and HD's.

1st thing on the list is case because i fancied a rack mount case to free up some room on the floor and because me mum moans that she's too scared to clean around my present tower case.

Maybe like this one below.

Any problems i'd come across porting my existing stuff from tower case to rackmount case?

unless u order a 4U case (which is a minitower case on its side!!) you'll find rackmount cases expensive.... IE around £120 - 200 for what is essentially a very expensive, boring case.

another thing, where the hell you gonna put it?  its the most ungodly shaped object :-)

...in a rack?

At some point I'll just have a big rack with all my pc, audio, and other electronics equipment mounted into it :D

You can currently pick up a full sized 19" server rack to hold your new case (and other accessories) for £30-50 on ebay......I was looking at getting the one with wheels myself, but I have not yet committed to it....

Go to the Computing Section and under mainframes there is one listed.  The other is also sold by the same seller but listed elsewhere.  Click on the Other Items Being Sold By Seller button and you'll find the other one in amongst the unfeasibly sized dildos

There are actually quote a few knocking around at the moment as loads of businesses are going belly up and have nowt else to do with their rack stuff than bin it  :(
