Ppl tend to do the job thier good in, for RG1, vargen is ML, TL is RL, kreuz is dkp/queue, and the rest of us are backup, if you want a rotation, feel free to discuss and set one up

We can't be backup if you not get the chance to learn it.

GD you of all shoud know how hard it is to gather all the marshals. But I will more then happely learn all about the systems.

Just easyere to learn all at once.

Well depends on what he wants to learn really, dkp / queue / ml are all fairly straight forward, dkp mazii could explain, once run through once its real eazy, queue is just a paper w/ names (or notepad), ML is checking whispers against the dkp site.

The only hard thing is raidleading, and we didnt start training backups for that untill a month or 2 before we started RG2  This cause TL was just always there. Also it gets eazyer w/ time, since after a while MC runs itselfs.

Okay I don't know if I put it in a diplomatic way so no one gets upset but I have a few things I need to get out of my system and then cool down.

I have never being asked about what job I will like to manage in a raid; I always take what's left. But I have this feeling of some Marshal's did have a deal/agreement or something like that with Deadly when they join the Marshal's and if they not get that job in the raid they won't do anything in the raid. And this is ****ing me off.

I am actual happy of the job I get(queue at most) but I need to get something right in the job - If I have the queue, who will make the invite to people in the queue, me or another Marshal?
I think the best will be the one with queue so he can keep track on people and get the invited one erase from the queue list.

GD noone had a deal to do any specific job when becomming a Marshall?!
I ML, because when asked, I simply replied "yes, id do that" - And I happened to love doing it
But lets change around a bit for sure, the I like to ask Mazii to teach me to do DKP this weekend as I will be playing all weekend.

Queue, well Id say let the queue officer do the invites as he's the one with the queue. Simple. If other Marshalls invite we might get into trouble, the queue officer knows whos first in queue. So lets all discuss on TS when we need to bring in one from queue, and let the queue officer invite (GD or whos doing it)

I had no agreement with noone what my role as a marshal would be, i didnt even discuss it with Deadlyspririt when i applied. It went directly to TL. So noone have a specific job, we just picked up whatever was at hand. We have quite fixed roles atm. and this can ofc change. I would example like to train others to do a speed run at trashmobs, cause i think atm. im the only one doing it. (could be wrong but think not) Atm. my job as a marshal is rarely anything other than doing RL, had the que and afk a couple of times but thats it. I let Mazii and Sazgul do ML and dkp because as MT there is no time for me to do that... The one doing que invites should allways be the que marshal ofc, and i do think it is. Correct if im wrong but if its not, please make examples when and who is not following this logical way of inviting :D

It might be worth having a small chat about inviting, at times first in queue isnt the best option. (Fe, if you find yourselfs w/ to few warriors or locks just in front of garr, another paladin might be first in queue, but def not the best option if there is a lock/warrior in queue)

Welll ofc if we have like 6-7 druids allready and 2 more in que, then ofc we will choose other classes in que, that benefits the raid most...
