Conclusion
The Thunderfury proc generates threat in addition to the threat generated by its damage.
The attackspeed debuff on the main target generates 134 threat.
The NR debuff on the target and surrounding targets generate 216 threat.
Threat values used are with defensive stance and defiance and defined by KLHT with sunder armor giving a reference threat value of 377.

Yep, the additional threat and the '-20% attack speed on target proc' makes it one of the best tanking weapons.

What happened, did the main looter give them to a rouge  ?
I'd say this weapon should definately go to the MT first, regardless of DKP, since that would be most beneficial for the raid. At least that's my opinion.

Before you go all crazy about where they went you might want to know we never seen a bindings drop in rg1, but thier officer appointed and thus would always go to class that it benefits most

Should go tank when you get yours made imo, couple of warriors in Anything had TF's in the raids I went to and the aggro they generated was immense, something we could benefit from, so people can do a little more dps without having to worry too much about aggroing.
