Honor will no longer decay and you will be able to purchase items with them. There will also be competitions in arenas that are not faction limited (2vs2, 3vs3 and 5vs5). They will use a sort of ladder system with that and every couple of months the top X players will receive a different reward. All in all, pretty nice.

If I read it correctly, you will be able to accumulate them and buy items in exchange for a certain number of points. I guess the arena competition will become the new 'ranking' system.
I like the bit where the go on about taking the logistical nightmare out of 40 man raids by adding 25 man raids.....did they not think about the logistical nightmare of having to splt 40 man raid groups down to groups of 25!
