I'm going to be laughed out of the place I know, but I must ask.
This is a quote from the post by TL on PCS rules:
"Bans may be applied immediately for any player who is CONFIRMED with cheats on their system. Confirmation consists ONLY of a message displayed by the currently operating Anti-Cheat software or player actions confirmed IN-GAME by at least two Admins."
Here comes the embarassing bit....How do you know when people are cheating? What are the definative clues to look for? Headshots from 500m with a pistol? Even I've made those kind of shots, much to my amazement. Are aimbots that easy to spot? Do the x hairs really flick on to a target? Never seen it! Enlighten this n00b please.

Easiest way I guess is to follow the person in first person but it is very hard to know for certain. Wallhacks are the most obvious ones. Aimbots is harder. 12 consecutive headshots without aiming is a clue though. ;)
anyone that kills me more than 5 time i a row must be cheating:D
Frenzy, can you please turn that aimbot off :)
:o
Tho yea last night i would of been watching me in firstperson
The average cheat is easy to spot. When you see one in a server you'll know.
Aimbots are easiest to spot I reckon - when you see someones aim instantly locking onto players (usually heads) and also tracking their every move. Some good players can come close to this, but an aimbot is so precise you'll probably recognise it. We once had this amazing headshotting guy who went afk for 5 minutes on our server, and when people ran up to kill him in spawn his (afk) aim would track them :D not obvious at all
Wallhacks can be harder to confirm I think, although the silly ones do tend to stand staring at walls. If they constantly get kills through walls in non-obvious places have a closer look, but bear in mind that some people *cough* shoot through certain walls because half the time people will be there. You can also track someones movement blind just after they run behind cover with some practice.
Best plan if you are unsure then take a demo and a screenshot of their wonid and ask a few other people to assess it.
aimbot is the eaist to spot, u'll see a guy runnig around then he'll ativate his bot, then u just see his crosshair shoot to the floor or lock onn 2 a teamate
