Lately i see words like Stealing members, and other strong therms popping up on the forums, said by marshals. Remember that you have a leadership roll and should try to avoid using strong language on public board sections. For the sake of leadership its important that the Marshals and Field Marshals are a solid group of ppl that at least appear to be getting along in public, if you have a problem w/ field marshals decissions, take them up here in this forum.
This also goes for posting on applicants, youll notice that most the fieldmarshals dont comment on guardians since when we discuss them all topics get talked about anyway.

It was closed as a message to all that it was going way out of line. Discuss, don;t throw things at each other - and don't try to tell me that closing a single topic stops you folks discussing things - how many have I *ever* closed? See? You can discuss all you want.........

yeah agree with bastet, the post of marshalls and field too are always looked very particulary by all members, so we had to pay attention and be polite too.
Anyway for the discussion of yesterday i think that siffredi has done a good thing inviting Neff seeing that we need 1, but this MUST NOT be a problem for marshalls!Come on as Bastet has just said we need to be a united group and we cannot argue for those " stupid" things; we can disscuss them anyway.
I think that RG2 has not attendance problems, yesterday was an unluky day, anyway as Greatdanes said we need to pay attention to this problem!

Yesterday was unlucky, but you do have some individual attendance issues to deal with. We've given yo a template, told you the procedure we use for Guardians and we'd suggest you get pursue that route ASAP.
