Id prefer if only Marshalls replied to this, as it regards RG2.
We need to set up some tasks outside raids. When we are not raiding lets divide and conquer.
As I see it some tasks needs to be taken care off, and as of now, it seems to be "Laissez-faire" (I hope this is the english word for it also) with the jobs outside raids.
So the following tasks needs to be divided between Marshalls. Ofcourse we can all help, but one has to be in charge, or else we are back at the Laissez-faire, "see how it goes".
Applicants (inform all Marshalls after 5 days, conclude accept / decline)
Attendence (monitor - and know how to use the Attendence site works 110% - so we are accurate - send out PM's after Marshalls accept)
Diplomatic Marshall (the guys which always has a finger on the pulse, the guys trying to locate problems before they appear - and the one which keeps peace within RG2)
These 3 tasks as I see it, are the ones that needs the most attention.
I would like to take on the Application tasks.
I do think I have tryed to do Application for some time now but okay I will step back.

Noone has been appointet to these tasks, hence they are not working.
I mean, post em here, 5 days to review them, then retur with solution to TL / Bastet :biggrin:
I currently monitor the Attendance which i would be more than happy to show other RG2 Marshalls as im sure you would all like to learn about.

Oneangel make sure the Attendence is beeing taken care off (soon sending out a PM)
Should I take the diplomatic?
This is key areas we need to have 100% under control.

Should we let RG2 in on this, so they always know to whom they can talk to about issues regarding RG2?
