Theirry whispered me today - he was worried about being kicked from SOG as he will have to stand down as a Defender when school kicks in again in about 2 weeks time school work and parental pressure - the guy is 14 yrs old and has exams to focus on).
I told him no problem he can remain - he is happy with Soldier rank. He will tell you when he needs to stop raiding, in the mean time please go prepare to take in a replacement.
