http://www.thottbot.com/?i=38866  (15 NR)
http://www.thottbot.com/?i=19739  (10 NR)
http://www.thottbot.com/?i=38524  (12 NR)
http://www.thottbot.com/?i=38597  (10 NR)
http://www.thottbot.com/?i=38517  (10 NR)

Quest (this one is quite good)
http://www.thottbot.com/?i=20130 (10 NR)

Additionally, I can craft:
http://www.thottbot.com/?i=53417  (15 NR)
http://www.thottbot.com/?i=53418  (20 NR)

If anyone fancies fast grinds of Maraudon let me know :)

I'm up to about 140 unbuffed, still got chest head and feet that could have NR on them if anyone has suggestions?

Well, cos there's not a chance I can afford the chest right now, so was looking for a short term free option, and thot doesnt have an ironvine helm so i have not seen it :)

If your not aiming to tank, warriors could consider the craftable NR Leather helm which gives 30/40 NR.

Also, grab some librams (DM ones) and get the +10 NR enchants for head and legs from the guy up the stairs in ZG.

They are Umbra, Luthor got his for 10G for the Libram, I got mine for 20G each and feel ripped off :norty:  Just add a pristine BD, some scholo/strat free drops and a coupel shards and you're good to go with the Arcanum - just hand the arcanum in to the ZG chap for the enchant.  Akall very kindly agreed to act as a distraction to allow me to rush up the stairs and get the enchants yesterday morning, so now I've got the head and legs with the +10 NR enchant, the shoulders with the AD NR enchant, the cloak with the +15 NR enchant and I'm good to go.  With the full NR set, a couple of rings and those enchants I sat at 314 NR buffed last night.

:narnar:  314 NR for a caster is overkill IMO :narnar:

at the rate melee was dieing i dont see why casters shouldnt have a decent NR as buffer to the healers, who have next to non.

Also, dps casters might want to just watch agro the first bit, so that they are fairly low on the shitlist come 30% cause then you need to bring it down asap.

Agree bastet. I had 229 NR yesterday at huhuran. And I see that as ok for a dps caster. If I am not right say so and I will get more NR and nerf more stats / dps.

I think you're right Deadly, 314 NR is overkill for a caster, but my approach has always been overkill for safety, then gradually reduce the NR until you find the comfortable level for the raid group.  I did the same with FR in MC for Ragnaros and I will probably end up doing the same for Frost in due course at Naxx.  I'd rather have the option to reduce my NR than be dead and wonder 'if'.

Since it only hits the closest 15 people, wouldnt it work to just deck those in full NR, keep ranged dps/healers in normal gear, and make sure they dont die :P By gimping other stats, healing may not be as good, so people die easier, or by gimping dps stats for ranged dps, the dps wont be enough to down her quickly enough after the 30% mark :P

Yes that's the theory.  But you need to remember these additional points:

All this leads ot saying yes focus NR on the top 15, but the rest of the raid should have NR too.  I believe it is Righteous who have an application criteria of 200 NR for all new members?  I'm reasonably certain that the 200 NR limit is there for a reason!

Nuke from the sky ftw xD But yeah... suppose, but a decent balance is needed for the people who will actually be doing the dps/healing. Closest lot = meat shields, grats rogues on being promoted to meat shield!

Hmph, back on track:

This post wasn't meant to be a full discussion of NR and such, just a helpful pointer on how to get the really easy stuff for those with little time or gold, just to help out. go to the 'huhuran tactics : updated' thread to get pedantic :P
