Title: Nefertem's Uncertainty Principle
Post by: Nefertem on September 02, 2006, 03:03:54 PM
Quotefinialy we dont have to find 39 other people for raids as none of the new raid's need more then 25 people. we still keep the likes of MC and BWL but no new 40 man raids are to be added to the game
Is that true? I heard rumors of some quite big instances, but as I said just rumors..

EDIT: As Marduk said, sounds like a decent offer, which Im sure Ill use =)

Actually Kharazan is going to be a 10 man 'casual' dungeon. http://www.wowwiki.com/Kharazan
But I hope they divide that dungeon into seperate wings like they did with SM, because it's huge. They even put a flight point in it, because (walking) it takes you like 10 to 15 minutes to get to the other side  . Here is the vid btw: http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=-6087825958707148090&q=burning+crusade.

But yes, Naxx is the last 40 man dungeon Blizz made. All end game raid dungeons in the burning crusade will be capped at 25. Initially these will include Zul'aman (outdoor zone like Zul'gurub) and the black citadel where Illidan resides. (I don't know what the cap is for the three dungeons in the caverns of time, I'm guessing 10).
