Surfing on the internet I foud this:
New Base Spells :
Cyclone (Balance): Throws your target into the air, disorienting the target and causing Nature damage over 3 seconds but making the target immune to other damage during that time.
Mangle (Cat Form): Stuns the enemy and deals damage per combo point.
Feral Strike (Bear Form): An attack that deals damage and converts each extra point of rage into damage and causes a high amount of threat.
Enervate (Restoration): Drains mana, energy, or rage every second for 20 seconds.
Control Beast (Balance): Controls a beast up to level 77 but increases the time between attacks by 25%. Lasts up to 1 min.
Finally we have some disorienting abilities and an aggro building skill in bearform.
I found also these two pictures in the same site Feral Talent Tree (http://img149.imageshack.us/my.php?image=feralalphatalentswb1ar8.jpg) - Balance Talent Tree (http://img78.imageshack.us/my.php?image=balancealphev9.jpg).
Both talent trees have finally something that can be really useful to the raid (The treant cleaning and working as a mana well and the new mark perfect for rogues and warriors)
The site I found this on is http://www.worldofraids.com/ (http://www.worldofraids.com/v2/?page=news&sid=0aaa381d1d6b396640273e0f44684f53)(see bottom of the news page)last time things about Tier 3 and Naxx where correct so there is a chance that this info are true.
Feral & Balance link is the same mate:)
I dont know dr00d stuff, but tell me, is oomkin any good yet?
Corrected the Link, and yes, if the picture is right Moonkin will have the double of the caster Resistances if the druid has the talent so it will be very handy
If these trees are correct it will become a bit more interresting to have some balance and feral druids along  .
The treant sounds nice, a cleanse bot combined with a complicated form of innervate. But I'm wondering; can it root indoors?
I have tried all kinds of different specs. In patch 1.09 I tried out the feral tree and enjoyed that the most. I'm definately going to be feral in the expansion (maybe mixed with some restro talents to remain effective as a healer). So I'll comment on the feral talents and skills in specific.
Feral talents:
Survival of the fittest doesn't look very good at first sight. There is no int on feral gear, but it will give you 120AP at level 60, which is pretty decent. It's even more then predatory strike will give, which is only 150% of your level (90AP @ lvl 60). However you will still need 3 points in there to get to the heart of the wild. This talent will also make it possible to wear 'hybrid gear' to some extend.
Thick hide has become a 2 point talent, so you can spend the other 3 points elsewhere. I hoped they would change it to -10% damage, like defencive stance, instead of +10% AC. But it's an improvement none the less.
Viciousness is fantastic, 50% more damage from crits will net you at least a 12% increase in damage. Since you already have about 25% crit chance around level 60. It will be even more at level 70.
Scent of the pack looks a bit crappy at first sight untill you read the tooltip closer. The cat form buff is very impressive, 0.6% +damage for every member in the raid group :dribble: . The bear bonus is not so good that the other hand, since ideally only the tanks will take damage and 0.4% -damage on one too four targets is not much. So it usefullness of this talent depends a bit on your role in the raid group.
Feral recovery: 20% +healing on you is a pretty impressive buff for the healers, which even might give us an edge in tanking vs a warrior in certain situations. Bears and warriors differ in tanking styles, warriors try to avoid damage (parry/dodge/+def/block); druids on the other hand are not good at avoiding it (only about 20% dodge max and there are only very little leather +def items that are any good), instead they soak it up with there superior amount of armor and health. Crits and crushing blows will also deal less damage too us because we have such a high amount of armor (warriors on the other hand can't be critted if the have enough +def or spam shield block, they will however take more damage from a crushing blow then a druid). So druids will have a pretty steady flow of incoming damage. That is why you will get spammed by healers with small heals to keep you near full health. If you receive 20% more healing for free, that will save them an enormeous amount of mana during the extend of a fight; also keeping in mind that the smaller heals are generally the more efficient ones. This talent can definately compete with defencive stance; it might even be better.
Animal reflexes looks like a nice PvP talent, where you will be shifting back and forth to heal. I don't see much use for it in a raid environment; you can't just shift back while you are tanking for example  .
Mark of the claw: All melee classes will love you if you have this, I'm sure  .
All in all the new feral talents are very nice indeed. I sure hope they are real  .
Feral skills:
Mangle: Finally we receive a stun in cat form. Too bad it ain't any good, since it's comparible to the rouge skill gouge; it breaks when the target is damaged. I hope they revise it and make it work like kidney shot, because no one will use it otherwise. Spending 5 combo points on a 5 second breakable stun is pretty pointless imo. The only use I see for it is to use it for healing up mid fight. In a PvP environment some dumbass will probably break the stun anyway so it's just kind of useless  .
Feral strike: I can't really comment on this talent, because I don't know how much threat it will generate. It also consumes all your rage, so you can't maul on your next attack. Maul causes about 2100+ threat per hit on average before mitigation, if you got the right talents and semi-decent tanking gear (with full raid buffs). This talent might be nice as a rage dump once you have a full rage bar and only if you have a full rage bar. Maul + swipe spam will give you more stable threat generation in any case. We are very rage efficient and need to build less then 10rage/sec to spam both those skills (if you got the idol of brutality). When we do we generate 1100 threat per second before migitation! Even if a mob mitigates about 50% your damage we will be on par with a warrior who is spamming revenge and sunder on global cooldown and uses HS on every attack. It looks like Blizzard wanted to give us a kind of handicapped equivilent of the warriors instant threat skill: sunder armor. Right now all our attacks have modifiers attached to them and our threat generation scales with our gear, we don't have instant threat skills like a warrior. Warriors on the other hand have the problem that there threat generation doesn't really scale with there gear much, it's nearly flat (that's why Keltor could hold aggro on a dragon in Onyxia's lair while he was only wearing a mining pick and a tabard  ). As it looks now this skill will only be usefull if we need to tank mobs made of stone or something  ; currently every single mob in the game will be below 30% mitigation with faerie fire and five applications of sunder armor on it. But like I said, I can't really comment on this skill untill we know how much threat it will generate and what its rage cost is. As it looks now it's utter crap  .
So unless they change the mechanics behind those skills I probably won't be using either of them very much <_< .
Summary:
For those that are to lazy to read it all:
-The new feral tree looks amazing, you will definately want to have a feral druid in the raid group when the expansion arrives.
-The new feral skills are practically useless.
-I didn't comment on the balance and restro stuff yet.
Forgetit all the author just confessed (http://forums.curse-gaming.com/showthread.php?t=11441) that these are fakes... <_< :eyebrow:
Edited title to reflect, shame, was some nice info <_< really currious to see the 3 remaining classes though
Ah well, they'll announce them soon enough (I hope).

QuoteWe'll be unveiling both the Druid and Hunter abilities/talents in the very near future. Just be patient. It's an exciting time, as soon after the final unveiling, many players will be given an opportunity to participate in our closed beta for the Burning Crusade.
Is better for them to be VERY VERY NEAR future or I'll go :taz: -:lmfao:
i dunno, blizz has some bonkers ideas on very soon  might be a while, but i am kinda hoping this week

Agreed, we've waited long enough <_< . I sure hope it was worth waiting for, when they finally announce them.

QuoteThe Druid stuff is looking particularly awesome though. I'd say personally, I'm most excited about the new core abilities and the Balance tree, though the new Feral and Restoration talents have tempted me enough to respec and play around. I think we're getting very close to revealing the information. Hang in there a little longer!
Oh well, this time I'm sure it will be VERY soon  :eyebrow:
And for the joy of Healers and Tanks:

Q u o t e:
Besides the new hunter and druid stuff, is there anything else that's changing for classes that we dont know about yet? any new secrets waiting to be released? come on give us somthing plllleeeeeasseeee
Im excited.

Alright, I will provide you and everyone else with two tidbits of information that we've not yet revealed through any source. Both of which I'm personally very excited about, and hopefully you will be as well. First, when the Burning Crusade launches, healing over time (HoTs) spells such as Rejuvenation and Renew will stack for every player casting them. For instance, if there are three priests in your group, a target could potentially receive three renews as one time. Second, we're going to be scaling Warlock and Hunter pets come expansion so that they become stronger as the player gains more statistics through itemization.
Now you can't say that I've never given you anything, you know, besides Lightwell...
Stacking HoTs is good news  .
Scaling pets is also nice, maybe it will enable my voidwalker (on my low level lock alt) to hold aggro when I put 3 or 4 DoTs on a mob it's tanking. Right now it's rather useless, because it can't hold aggro on anything <_< .
And regarding the new talent trees, we all know what 'soon' means in Blizzards terms  .
Still no talents, except from some leaked ones. But those could be either real or fake; what's keeping Blizz <_< .
Btw this is what the tier 4 set looks like for druids: http://img237.imageshack.us/img237/1107/druidetier4rq6.jpg
I can't say I'm really impressed by the looks, let's hope the stats will compensate for that.
I've red the new leaked ones and for sure they don't impress me much, tho they might be true the 41p talents are:
Balance: Summon 3 Treants to fight for the caster for 15 secs. (well Priests have the same as a skill <_< )
Feral: Some sort of new move usable in both cat and bear form
Rest: Tree of life form -50% speed + some healing and an aura with + healing for the party. In this form the druid can cast only hots and Swiftmend.
if these are real I would be a bit disappointed.
Quote from: Akall;151069if these are real I would be a bit disappointed.
Indeed. I'm not really impressed by those either. The only nice talent is the -5% chance to be critted talent; that will help the bear tanks a lot. But appart from that  .
These are the new leaked ones.

Some cool stuff in there, and if that new flight form is for real, that's gonna be über cool :dribble:
hehe, as much as id like to know these talents i wouldnt get your hopes up w/ these probably false talents. Allthough it would be a nice way to test what the community thinks
Well if you are talking about the comunity of druids in the world, well I red about 30 posts of whines yesterday before Blizzards moderators did their job of cleaning the boards.
The druid comunity is not so pleased with thoes talents especially after a Blizzard poster said that the new balance tree was impressive <_< .
But as you said they might be fake and we might get better ones or worst ones...let's just wait untill official release.
Quote from: Bastet;151174Allthough it would be a nice way to test what the community thinks
Exactly. Maybe that's the reason why it's taking so long; Blizzard must be shocked by the response they got  .
But thanks for the info Akall. They look pretty real to me, but they are probably changing them atm, otherwise they would have released them already  .
As for the feral stuff:
Survival of the fittests is sweet. It will greatly reduce our need for +def items and thus will remove one of the greatest disadvantages of druid tanks. Crits are
the tank killers, 5% crit is pretty standard for an equal leveled mob. So with only 15 +def we shouldn't get critted at all (in most cases) vs mobs that are three levels higher, like bosses. This will possibly make a well equipped feral druid a better choice vs pure melee bosses, because they are easier to heal; due to the fact that they take more consistent damage, since generally druids have more armor and health then warriors. (And druids can potentially generate more threat then any other class could ever dream of achieving).
But still no magic damage mitigation. I was hoping they'd chance thick hide into -10% all damage (like defencive stance) instead of +10% AC. A 'parry in forms' talent would also have been nice (although it might have been a bit overpowered).
I'm also curious about how lacerate works. It looks like a instant threat ability; kind of like a bear sunder equivalent. We can use that as rage dump instead of swipe spam (aggro wise maul will always be superior, because of the threat modifiers). It would make the threat generation of bear tanks truely immense :dribble: .
As for the other feral talents, I'm not to impressed by those.
Btw, what do you think of the tree form? Restricting the usage of HT kind of makes this a bad choice imo  .
Bird form is nice on the other hand :thumb: .
Official Talents/Spell Released by Blizzard!!
Not so bad imo... hoping we'll get some more love from Blizzard before the expansion is launched.
