This druid has not being play for a long time now(0% attendance). I do think we should demote him ASAP.

Before we go demoting people may I suggest a PM to Mirianna asking if there is to be a return to raiding.  Explain that the raid group needs attendance, tha tyou understand attendance might be difficult for the reasons given above, but that you need to act in the best interests of the whole raid group.  Then when he replies you can act - and if he fails to reply you can act.  You don't just demote someone.  Talk to them first please.

I did speech with him for about a month ago and he was ready to pick up raiding again at that time but we have not seeing him yet and he has not being online for 23 days now.

I'm not arguin with that fact, just that you should PM him.  he has been on the forum within that time (albeit very briefly) and he might respond to a PM.  Use track message facility - then you know if he has read it.  If he does not respond within a reasonable timescale (say 7 days) then act, if he responds then you might be able to act sooner.  That's my suggestion.

I would say he is Male due to it saying I just became a father!! :norty:

And we need to start sending out ingame and forum notices about attendance. I really didnt like having 33 members at the start of tonights run.

Agree Oneangel - I think it's about time to check some peoples attendance and send out some warning to the people with the lowest attendance.
