I've come to the conclusion that when I am done with my honor grinding with my priest, I will take a break from PvP and level another char. So far I've made the char and named her, but I want to ask around abit on what spec I should start off with. I intend to go fury, but what talents should I start with and why? You lot know best, enlighten me

Isn't she cute!? Gnomes ftw!

IM SHOCKED!
I got a low level warrior on the horde side (37 now). I tried both arms and fury and I have to say fury grinds faster (or at least it seems that way). Dual wielding is a lot more fun too imo, you hit faster and generate more rage; with 2 handed weapons the only thing you do is wait for your next hit (which is almost as boring as leveling a pally  ).
As for the skill I'd go for something like this: http://www.wowhead.com/?talent=phhLbhbZVV0VgxoVo
And get the talents in the fury tree first. Why you should pick these talents is pretty simple really, the others won't increase your DPS. (At least that's the short version of the explaination; I didn't feel like posting a one page story today  ).
Btw, if anyone is wondering about the points I put in improved overpower; yes I know you can't use overpower in berzerker stance, but it's nice to have in some situations (like PvP) and I had too leave those 2 points somewhere in the arms tree  .
It might be unnessacary to say but first aid is also a must if you plan on solo grinding.
Nice build Sandrion. Almost like my old one. However for both pvp and solo grind, I would consider Improved Charge better than Improved Overpower cause you would most likely Charge more often than Overpower. Currently, Overpower favours 2h more so since you're dual wielding, Overpower hits like a sissy so there really is no point (Blizzard should make it so it hits with both MH and OH weap dmg instead of just MH). Removing some points out of Improved Battleshout and putting some in Improved Cleave will improve your dmg in the long run cause you'll most like attack 2 mobs at once in both solo grinding, PvP and instances.
Well, here's what i would've gone for, assuming cleave can be used in Zerker stance.

Yep true. Naturally I would use a 2 hander in PvP, otherwise overpower isn't very usefull. I don't use charge atm, since I don't have tactical mastery yet, so I lose all my rage when I switch to zerker stance. So yes, it's better to put them in improved charge if you are useing DW in PvP as well. For 2 handers I'd still prefer overpower myself.
Personally I hardly ever use cleave. I just attack one mob while solo grinding, because i'm trying to minimize my downtime between fights. I'm grinding in zerker stance, so I don't want to have another mob hitting me. More crits means flurry is up more often, so more DPS  .
And Neff, I see you got blood craze. Personally I think that talent is kind of a waste of points. If you got 4500 HP, then it will regen 135 HP. Which is not much compared to the 3 talent points you need to invest in it. Also vs any regular mob it will only proc on 5% of all hits. It will become even less usefull if you're wearing a shield or +def gear (although I don't expect a fury warrior too).
arms/fury or fury/arms
31/20/0 is the most common cookie cutter build
I will probably aim for the build posted by Sandrion. It has basically what I have been ending up at on my own, but without all the unsencible stuff
What about Overpower/Charge/Intercept? I am unfamiliar with these, though I suspect intercept to be slightly similar to feral charge?
Overpower is the _instant_ ability you use when someone dodges. Charge is an feral charge OOC, Intercept is an Feral charge In combat;)
Yep, but they are not 100% similair to feral charge, since charge is free and generates rage; where as feral charge costs rage. It only works OOC like Neff already said, but it's a nice way to initiate combat. Intercept looks more like feral charge and also has a stun effect attached to it, however that ability also has a pretty long cooldown. Both of these abilities are limited to certain stances (charge=battle, intercept=zerker). So you'll probably be 'dancing' around if you're using them. Which makes tactical mastery a mandatory talent.
Overpower is also limited to battle stance. It's a reactive ability that becomes available after someone dodges one of your attacks, it instantly deals weapon damage + X (can't be dodged/parried/blocked). It's best to use it in combination with 2 handers. Needless to say it's very nice for crushing rouges  .
