I got a PM from Tl with the question if we can do something 20 man like for sheperdbook. He would like to have the feeling he contributes something to the guild. I think we can arrange something 20 man wise.
We can always have him start as an ML and an assistant to the RL. Maybe in later stages he can try to lead the 20 man. This can be handy due to me and kreg beeing afk for some time. I do not say give him a commanders spot but lets try to train him a bit for it, then we have someone if the occasion needs it.
