GD offered to help out on the 20s too, so you should now have a decent batch of people to run these raids. Can you talk to him to establish what help and when it is available? With Daed, Gil and Kreg running as Commanders together with the other help around from say Shep & GD I am hoping you'll have enough to run the 20s smoothly.

Another one that offerd help, and allready did help a few times, is deadlyspirit.
I know I still looking for a ML on ZG/AQ..... and the more people that can help the less heavy it is for the rest.
I feeling a bit guilty already for not leading some of the 20 man raids because some RL stuff happend. So therefor Ã'm happy with Menedil and all the help (TL for leading, Deadlyspirit for ML, Bastet to etc) we can get.
I fully understand that they want to contribute something to the guild that's one of my reasons to, because the guild made much possible for me!! Otherwise I'll still be blue geared and not seen AQ/ZG/MC/BWL etc.
