Has he been in the guild before?  And if so - what was his druid's character name?
Or was he just some random PuG that joined sometimes?

Zhan.  He joined us a couple of times only if I believe, was never a Guildy member though, back in the days when we were struggling with attendance whilst wiping hundreds of times on Razegore.

Isnt Zahn a 12 year old boy? From Norway? Or am I mistaken? I think he applied to SoG before, saying something in TS that he`d farm eye of shadows for us... Can it be a Different Zhan/Zahn?

About that, just on a side note:
I think people should be a bit more carefull with whom they sponsor.  Some dude saying "Hey m8, didn't we do a UBRS run last week?  Can I put you as my sponsor" shouldn't do it, being a sponsor means you should know the fellow, that he/she is a decent guy/gal, good player and so on...
If somebody ask me, I just say "Sorry, but I only sponsor RL mates - nothing personal, just a principal".  That works fine :norty:

Zhan, the 15 year old from norway is an Ebayer. And he once bought galakjerring a mount, because he thought he was a girl, yes its true. Strongly disliked the fact  that he was in meow meow form at bosses, so i give him a maybe.

And to think Galakjerring, Kreuz, you , Toffe, Crypt, Zuggblaged Zagbladet and Kolbjørn goes on the same school. What isle do you live on? is it a Battle royale out there where you have to pimp yourself pretending to be a girl! lol :D

Ahhh, how fun must that galakjerring had.

We had him in Voretex's pvp group the other day, he seemed to be a very good pvp'er (vore am pvp nazi, so he must of been a fairly decent player) and used TS and communicated well, might as well give him a chance.

the problem however is if we take him, we need to gear him up to be of full use, and how many people have we seen leave after beeing geared up

specialy with the current druid shortage the risk of decent geared druids beeing "stolen" by guilds as righteous and anything would be high if you ask me

Well, you do have a point there. Also considering that his druid isn't his main, since he initially applied with his pally. The risk of him leaving as soon as he finds a pally spot somewhere is definately present.

Like already stated multiple times before. His gear is clearly not good enough to become a guardian. Also 0 FR, 0 NR and not enough gold to afford crafting any. I fear that supplying him with the stuff he needs, to be of any use, will entirely fall to the guild.

I wouldn't mind gearing anyone up, due to the current lack of druids, but I have to agree with Marduk. The risk of him leaving after/while 'loading him up' is present and might not be worth taking.

So why are there rulles for unbuffed resistance. They are their for a reason. No resistance, to bad....work on it and come back later, we should not gearup people and getting the risc of loosing them so he has his/her resistance and goes to an other guild.
