I hope so really, it's been far to long.
Does that mean BT actually got a case raised and did something about it? Have they given any feedback on what has been causing the issues?
I'd mention their lack of business service to your support/account manager too.
Not has a reply from the tech team, but they did raise a case the last time I contacted them. I assume that was because I rang them rather than use the web page to report the fault.
We'll see what happens during tonights BF2 frenzy. :whistle:
