I had a brief chat with Dhëqo yesterday during the raid. He informed me that due to serious RL issues he had been afk for a while, and he will be so for some time to come. I asked him if he thought we had to demote him, and he answered yes.
So what do you think, I didnt get any time horizon of his absence. Id like to demote him and find someone else.

How about this guy, he something eh? - Im soon fed up with his bad attendence, and suddently offline. Im not ready to give this guy another chance.. Did he ever attend a whole raid? - Demote asap, get Daracian. I know we are supposed to give him a warning, but hey isent he still Initiate. When we get the chance id say swap with Daracian if he still want SoG Defender status.

I agree - but ill say keep Juling in RG2 - and also get Daracien in, Juling can have been unlucky and he did post in absence that hes sorry about it http://www.deadmen.co.uk/forum/showthread.php?p=149510#post149510, but i think that we still need to bring in the other dude - also we need to keep an eye on Toff cause his performance isent great. Perhaps have Yrthal as a replacement if he doesnt get his sh** together???
@ Dheqo - we knew this demote and never let into RG2 again and get another mage...
Have a chat w/ juling first, and give him a week to improve or provide a good reason and time frame for improvement.
Btw now were at the talk of demoting - what about Mirianna the druid and Asmoden the rouge - perhaps its time to demote them havent seen them in over a months or more??? (prob. 2-3 months)

Asmoden have atm 16,66% attendance out of 18 raids.

Agree on Dhëqo but not on Juling, we did spend 50g on him last night and now he have to work this money of, so keep him and have a chat with him.

About Julings excuse.... I know im supposed to belive it... but im finding it hard to belive... He DC'd from game, and TS, he could easily reconnect TS and tell why he didnt come back (and btw he did it before in BWL at approx the same time on the evening)

agree all,
take another mage in and give juling a few time, then if he will be demoted invite Dracian ( and if he does't want more inv Dantorn).
Same for Toff.
