There's a clear message in the forums about raid tempo. A lot of this can be to do with members, but as Marshalls it's something you can push along and monitor too. In fact I see it as my primary job as RL, keep the raid moving. I'm sure you're already aware, but let's try to push the pace along at the next BWL raid and minimise down time.

Check my last comment in the thread and you should find the reason why ppl are upset with it. Usually we get all the tries we have durability for + repair bot so we do keep a good pace but suffered from badly skilled/spec tanks last time... (Toff f.eks. couldnt do the job and only one with piercing howl)Usually we start buffing as soon as ppl get inside instance and then we move to start posisition and GO.
When you bring a crowd of new people every time, you do have to spend time telling them the tactics. I also still see a lot of the old guys not doing what they are told to do and you have to correct this every time you got to BWL, it takes time (and actually annoying).
We could maybe have downed the boss in the 3. try, but the orb controller decide after the “Fireball Volley†to run around with him up and down the ramps, instead of getting the eggs and we did lose the priests 1 by 1 and wipe (and I did get very bad of this because twice there was not mobs following the boss, but when you afterwards hear from colleagues it was okay to do so, why are we there for then, evidently not for killing the boss).
I do think we need to getting more consequence on people who is AFK, DC, doing theirs job wrong, not repaired before raid and etc. etc., if we will bring any progress into the raid group as things stands right now. I do have a felling of people thinking; we do what we want to do and not what RL/Marshals want, there is no consequence by doing different.
But yes we did have a big break for re-spect the tank last time but it was necessary to get the boss down. And yes, we did wait a lot on people who was DC (and never come back).
BTW - Siff, there is a problem with the tanks in the north & east corners, they are not running in a big 8. Just something one of the "alt" did see, who is doing BWL somewhere else with his main.
We do keep pace but as Siffredi says, we had some issues with Toff which seems to have a problem picking up what he needs to do. It seems that we had to many dps spec warriors and in mid run we had 2 of them respec, i believe we need to recruit a few more members including warriors and priests...
agree, we spent a lot of time in all those things, anyway we can try to be fast in buffing and in positions. Thursday i'd like to see 5 min between a try and another try; people now know what to do ( the majority).
then we can do a lot of more try, and go to Vae not so late, where we need to stay a lot ( hoping to get it down and monday go foward)
