Yes it is, try the Interface options in the game menu. You can have 1 long bar above your original bar and 2 bars on the right side. But theres another way to get more bars and that is using addons, which I prefer. Though they take some setting up to do and is a little more difficult ;).
Two good sites to look for addons is //ui.worldofwar.net and //www.curse-gaming.com
WoW actually has it's own hot bar controls (look in the Advanced section of the interface menu), but a commonly used package to help control your user interface (UI) is CTmod. Download the full CTmod package from //www.ctmod.net and you'll find all the controls of hotbars, bottom bars, side bars, bags and everything else in one neat little package. I use CTmod combined with Titan Panel (obtainable from Curse Gaming) for my own bespoke but easy to maintain UI.

The info about how many slots you have open are very handy.
But then again i can see all those info on my keyboard (G15) so i don't need a addon or something like that for that.

Yep, in it's basic form it doesn't do much, but it has lots of plugins you can add to fine tune it to give the info that you want. Just turn off the info you do nto want to see and use the plugins to provide what you _do_ want!
