Not the best gear in the world, but attitude and attendance > gear, and if he's really resto (unlike some other druids) then i'd love to see him in here
Druids are NOT healers :yell: , everyone who thinks otherwise should be shot on sight  . We're hybrids and our spec is not all that important, gear is much more important for druids. 30feral/21resto is the best build overall, argueably even the best spec for healing. I'd take HotW (20% intellect) over tranquil spirit (+10% base healing) and swiftmend any day. Also keeping in mind that you're mostly using HT rank 4, on which tranquil spirit will only net you an unimpressive 40 +healing. Additionally this spec will allow you to be pretty effective in your other forms as well. What's the point of playing a hybrid class if you can only use one form properly?
I can't believe I'm reading such ignorance regarding the druid class  . Didn't Vargen educate you properly  ? /slaps some sense into the above posters.
But regarding this application. His spec looks ok. Gear is pretty bad though, ok for a defender, but definately not guardian worthy imo. Also low rep with most factions including Hydraxian, Zandalar and CC, so unless he got other level 60 chars, he has no raiding experience. I don't know him personally, so I can't comment on his skills; however I can't see any reason to accept him as a guardian.
And why does he say to be attuned to Onyxia if he still got Jail break! in his quest book? (Profile was last updated yesterday 19th of September).
Edit: I'm ok with giving him a shot in RG2 though.
wth does rep have to do with any sort of application?...
and since we need(we do; right?)druids in rg1 and hese resto.. well ide give him a shot..(non lethal one pref)
so.. thumbs up

It gives you idea of their instance experience G. On some applications the rep doesn't match what they say they have done.

don't count the rep lvl that much with this guy he's kinda nerd so he learn in no time
What does rep have to do with anything,
well if you claim to have masterd MC fully but have close to 0 reputation you are likely to be not telling the truth same goes for other instances and activities like pvp
no thx, he is immature

Well intelligence a definate plus :thumbsup2: . And at least he put in the effort to get full wildheart, so he got some instance experience.
I'm still worried a bit about his gear being up to the job though . Since RG1 isn't doing MC anymore, it will be harder to gear him up (I don't know how much SR gets DEed).
Well, dedication & will > gear, let him join an EZmode MC run, and he has decent gear. Pull 'im trough BWL and he has good gear, experience comes as he raids.
Sandrion, your *best* specc is healing, all the hybrids are best at healing for PvE. Ench. shamans get outdmg'd by Rogues etc.

I don't want to turn this into a discussion, but that's simply not true m8. Yes, all hybrid classes can heal, and do it well. That's also one of the reasons they are expected to heal, because they CAN; not because they're better at it then any of the other roles they can fullfill. For example: feral druids can tank very well (there are even guilds that have a druid MT1 for everything including AQ40), elemental shammies can do a shitload of damage (on par with the DPS of a mage or lock) and pallies ... eh pallies ... ah well you get the point :narnar: . Currently the main problem is that people puch hybrids in to a corner by letting do only one thing (healing) and just don't understand their true potential.
I do, i really do. But since hybrids are "okay" at "everything" they lack on some fronts. Shammies Chain Lightning f.eks, takes 2k mana, does 1k-2k dmg. Lock, 300 mana 1400 hit( my gear and specc) x3 and you do the math. Im not slagging you, or callling you bad dps or bad tank. But if you do get sick gear, and you manage to overagro, what'cha do then?
Shaman & Paladin is the best healers for 80% of the fights imo. Priests tend to last longer on some fights. Druids have the only battleres, and a good druid heals kickass. Exept for the pally bubble and plate, druids have the "best" survivability among healers.
*edit* If anyone wants to add something to this, please split this topic :)

No offense taken  , just trying to educate people.
But you better do some research before you post something  .
1. Chain lightning does have a high mana cost, but not nearly that high, nor is it's damage. It's not comparable vs a shadowbolt either since it hits multiple targets.
2. Shammies use lightning bolt as main damage spell vs one target, not chain lightning (PvP is an exception). Lightning bolt does less damage but is more efficient in terms of dmg/mana then shadow bolt.
3. I'm not sure why you say your shadowbolts hit for 1400, because it's base spell damage (of rank 10) is +/- 500 and I doubt it's possible for anyone can get up to 900+ dmg, with the gear that's currently in game :g: .
But I agree that we should take this to a different section of the forum, if we want to continue to discuss this; this is my last post in this topic regarding this.
Not sure if it is relevant, but as a mage my fireballs are technically worth 596-760 damage, but usually (non-crit) hit for 1500-1,600 - and I know I don't have the difference between those numbers in +damage gear either. The stack debuff will close the gap though as would other target resistance drops through kit worn etc.
