guys I apoligize for my early leave tonight, my connection may go down anytime now, so I'll make this fast.
I'm a bit frustrated as I see not much of progress in our BWL raiding, not because we put not effort or it is someone's fault, I blame no one. But the thing that bothers me is that we are bringing new people in BWL raids every single time. I remember the first time I stepped my foot there I have 6T1 and alot of other +lvl66 gears.
Wouldn't it be a wiser to gear our members up then bring them into fire? Specialy tanks, I'm not going to name names, you officers have access to profiles so you know it better.
Just a thought.

I can't really take you thread serious since you leave so early and only excuse is "I may lose my connection". When you show some interest in the raid and not leaving because it cost you money, I will take you serious.

Some ppl got a really nice reward for thier efford and we made a huge progress tonight by killing Vael.That was a blast for all and TS went nuts :toast: isnt that progress so say :woot2:
Great job RG2 - it just goes to prove it's not all about gear, but about people who cna effectively carry out their role within the raid unit. Fantastic progress, well done!

Not gonna comment on Razergore yesterday but Vael was perfect. The second try just felt perfect. Werent too confident because it was getting late and we only had 3 rogues and a total raid group of 37 people.

I felt exactly the same Nef- it somehow felt correct - not too many died, he just kept taking damage and the percentage just kept falling :)

Vael was perfect yes - :biggrin: - When we startet the second try one could almost feel that this was it, the kill was about to show. And it did.
A fast comment on Razorgore fight, we did indeed identify loads of issues/problems. And im sure we all learned a lot from this, so that our next shot on him will result in a faster kill - Thanks to all those RG2's who want to learn the hard way. We keep on trying and last night when TS went mad, I remembered why I play this game.... Thats what its all about, the team getting success! :yahoo:

The Marshals have several times announce if you have to leave early one night please tell this in advance so we can calculate whit this.

You are accusing of Lier, running away of repair bill, but try look again in the first post, this is a fact that we are stuck in the first 2 bosses in BWL belive it or not, it's because you deny to accept the fact that each time you bring new players in BWL with us it will slow us down a bit and improve the chance wipe by some %s. now you keep doing this and merry christmass, we can still keep doing Razor and vael until 2007.
Now this is a good occation to ask RG1 members,
1) how long did it take you to come to down the third boss in BWL?
2) did you have new members who recently joined guild in every BWL run?

But have to say it felt so good to get Vael down finally, and with 37 ppl so gj guys....not perfect still need alot of work on Razor, but we are getting there so Monday will be a whole new fight waiting for us, so be prepared.

Ignoring the personal insults flying around here (which I think you should all stop), I would like to point out to all raid members that it is a standing order that you
do not announce any intentions to 'leave', 'go afk', 'bio' etc unless you whisper an officer AND get a response.
Typing it in raid chat is not acceptable as there are simply too many other things going on for an officer to guarantee to notice everything (including all the banal comments) in raid chat. Whisper an officer - if you get no response then we have not been advised - so try another officer. We might be alt-tabbed doing something, we might be reviewing taccies, we might be doing DKP, we might be discussing changes on officer TS channel - so WAIT for a response from us. If you get no response then we officially do NOT know.
So please do not say 'I put it in raid chat why did you miss it' because the answer will almost certainly be 'because I was doing the behind the scenes work necessary to run a 40 person raid for your enjoyment'.

All Shadowscream did was to apologize for having to go offline, and also comment (in a sivil way) on the raid progress, and I don't think he ever thought this could escalate into this kind of flaming (and I too tbh don't see why this should end up here).
I believe some excuses are in place, and perhaps also a lock of the thread? Fix arguments like this in private, don't take it out in the public forum - it doesn't belong here.

Just wanna say ofcourse its gonna slow us down on new members but hey they should also have a chance to learn it :smile: so dont think that much about it mate, cheer up, grab a beer and do it over and over again untill everyone knows what to do.. I still got something to learn, as everyone else does, thats why this game is worth playing, accomplishing new goals as team, thats what its all about :biggrin:

It took us a while canceling quite a few raids to get there, remember we raided BWL 2 times a week back then.... And i cant say how many ppl just joined then, but then the raid core was about twice as big as now, with casual and hardcore raiders in 1 group, id say there was about 5-10 ppl in raids that joined on a less weekly basis. So RG2 isnt doing anything new, been there done that, got over it :smile:
