i have 2 qstion's

1: what thas for instance: improves critical strike rating by 10 means?

2: what are those prices that are under the items? are the like money ore reward points?

in TBC you will buy pvp rewards with tokens from pvp - you can see under the mounts that they are 30 AV, 30 AB, and 30 WSG tokens for a mount.
