Work In Progress
The MT groups will be set in raid templates (I will organise that side of things), meaning no nasty waits for group changes.
Each Class should have a predetermined number of specific pots as a minimum. The plan will be to use these pots throughout the run. Please could Officers post below the pots needed for specific classes or edit them in to this list. I have no idea if what I have already posted stacks, but I want us to be prepared, so post if you know they don't!

Greater Stoneshield pots for boss fights?
Elemental Sharpening Stones (not sure how many will be needed)
We should also have a Loot list for that run only - predetermining if anyone actually needs an item, everything else gets picked up by the ML and DE'd automatically.
I will appoint an OOC rezzer (pallie) for the non-boss bits of the fights, this will keep us moving along fairly quickly.
I will appoint someone to keep track of a 'potion timeline', issuing reminders when necessary to those to refresh pots or buffs. Not sure if this will work as it may get horribly out of synch if people die but you never know.
I will set predetermined targets, pulling hunters, bubble pull pallies and MA's - no delays when assigning - I will organise a sheet listing who is doing what on each boss/mob.
I will assign specific people to douse each rune.
Specifics:
AOE Sulfuron adds (not sure if this is quicker or not).
Leftside pull for Golemagg (ignore right side adds)
Develop this list please as fast possible.
I know that I have totally overdone Mages, but hey at least it's easier to cut than add.
Please add you comments ASAP as I would like to get this finalised and issued by Friday.
Thank you.

You also get a decent use of Mageblood pot when we will use the ammount of innervates I suspect we will use. So priests might want those to maximize mana gain on innervate? When we are going that fast through trash I think it would be faster if druids drink and priests get innervated and keep going. The druids are mainly needed on bosses anyways.
Hunters would benefit if they had a flask of distilled wisdom, but not absolutely needed.
And we would only need 4 hunters, bring a 6th mage or rogue for some added DPS.
I think I have everything on the Mage list but just so you know, the Night Dragon's Breath and Whipper Root Tubber has the same cooldown as manastones so you might not use it as much as you think.
I'm also not sure about AoEing the Sulfuron adds is better after the last change on them. It might just cause even more problems. Play it safe is my own opinion .
I agree on the Sulfuron bit - sorry that got left in there accidentally as I pasted it from the pre-patch post i made some months back,

We currently hold 35 Flask of Titans in GB. Do we give one to each tank and rogue for the attempt or are we asking everyone to supply themselves?
TL.
I would say ask ppl to supply it themselfs. Cause the money worth in mats there is way to much to be sponsored imo. Specially cause its for a "fun"run.

Btw, as an aside, how are doing loot and DKP on this one? I assume no DKP as it is not aproper RG1 raid, but it does occupy an RG1 slot. But the loot is more difficult. I was thinking pass on all loot - appoint a DE'er who greeds on everything and just DE the lot, with the exception of Need on which anyone can roll. The shards are then sold (along with any BOEs) and the gold shared out to those who went on the run.
TL.
I like the general idea of that but I think things like Ragnaros loot and rare items such as ToEP should be handled by DKP. But we'd have to organize who needs what before the run and check who has the most DKP.

Seems a good idea. But if people are spendning DKP on the raid then surely we should give them DKP? Maybe we should give DKP but then ask all attendees to submit a lis tof loot that they will roll need for before the raid - if they roll and win DKP is deducted.
If other officers are in agreement then I'll try to post something re the sharing of the cash afterwards.
TL.
To give DKP isn't that hard. basicly we shouldn't be changing members in the raid unless an emergency occurs so we can just take the starting 40 raid members and set up a standard MC raid as DKP.
I also like the suggestion you made.
PLEASE can all officers go and sign up for this? It looks real daft when some key players don't bother.
TL.
Was that aimed at my late signupp?
Or are there more not yet signing up for sunday?:ranting2:
Not aimed at your specific sign up no, but at the group of officers who had not then signed. At the time there was a big enough group of key people not signed up that it made it look silly.
Btw, the group composition is going to look something like this:
6 Warriors
5 Priests
4 Rogues
6 Mages
6 Locks
4 Pallies
4 Druids
5 Hunters
I am thinking of dropping hunters to 4 and adding another Mage due to lack of choice in hunters, but wanted comment from Tanales on the hunters we do have who are signed up before selecting them. Likewise I am tempted to drop Locks to 5 and add a possible 8th mage. Any thoughts?
