Undstable IMO. As I recall it he left MC yesterday w/o saying a word to anyone. And it was not that he disconnected he left the raid group. And taken RG2's position into consideration id say its a no go.
That sounds pretty simple then.. No communication, no defender spot...
You realy don't want another "Loot the damm DOG" defender..
And did he announced that he didn't had time anymore to go with RG2? Or was he demoted due to his low attendance. If the last thing is the case, then again no communication , no defender spot.....

Nefrion i didnt left the raid, i got DC, cause they are working on new serveres and cables at TDC (my internet service provider) in my area. I dont know where u got it from that i left the raid but plz dont talk about something u dont know anything about. Try ask me instead when i get online again if it should happend again ( i hope not :) ).
Last time i didnt announced the leaving right away because some personel problems (pretty hard to announce it when i got kicked out of the house because my wife left me :( and didnt had any place to stay and not computer at all) but i talked to Sazgul and about it and we agreed to that he demoted me.

Dhëqo is familiar with MC, Ony, BWL. He plays his class well and he has been raiding with rg2 before.
And atleast he is not one of those guys with a crappy attitude, spreading bad mood like a disease and talking **** all the time, when raiding.

Well what i know he has some decent gear, and is a nice guy!
Everyone has tried to have something urgent or comp / internet problems wich makes it more or less impossible to awnser why.
We need mages and he knows what to do.
And a nice person doesent hurt.
And what i know new RG2 are allways on trail. So give the man a break and a chance to show what he can.
Think its nice how you judge ppl out of 1 run.

I dont wanna make a big fuss out of this. Back "in the days" he was not that stable in raids. He had his reasons for that (damn good reasons too).
So I might have jumped to a conclusion when he disconnected last MC run. Sorry for that. :blush:

considerated that cad have had problems with his personal life, but hopefully have them under control now, i say give the man a chance... about the disconnecting, it seems to be a problem for many rg2s ^^
As others earned a second change than I think Dheqo must be added to that list to.
Let him prove we are wrong (some among us not all)....:)
And while we are grinding MC now he can get some loot out of it..

Reason as i personally explained to him, i didnt think he fitted our requirements to being a "reliable" mage. And after recieving a responce of "lol" he quit the guild 5 minutes later.
