The draenei mount is called an Elekk (http://www.wowwiki.com/Elekk) and the Bloodelf is called an Hawkstrider (http://www.wowwiki.com/Hawkstrider)
I must admit I like both of em..

I'll be starting a shamen :) plus the jewelcrafting as draenei get 15+ racial ability in that profession.
