I'd quite like it if we could have a chat on TS about FMs, Ms and hwo we are moving forward. I think we are light on the FM front (even before Ragnarh's stepping down from RG1) and whilst I do not want Ragnarh's involvement in SOG stopped, I feel he will be here less often now as he breaks away from WoW and we will therefore need more help.
Secondly we need to think about how to communicate with Marshalls and whether or not they should be brought more into the fold to give them more support. There are different ways we could do this and I believe it is worth some discussion.
