What do people have in mind for professions in TBC? I sure don't have a clue..
Just unlearned engineering, since i never used it, and didn't lvl it to 300..
Will you proceed in your current profession, or train a new one??
I'm just curious..
..and maybe looking for a bit of inspiration as what to do.. :)
Alchemy/Enchanting on Mazii
Herbalism/Mining on Mazi
blacksmithing/mining on Gorion (currently axesmithing.. but ime thinking about armorsmithing now that raggy aint raiding anymore..)
gnome engi/mining on Avengelis + Dragelis
tailoring/enchanting on Avenger
leatherworking/skinning on Yondalla
jewelcrafting/mining on my dranei shaman
alchemy/herbalist on my druid/priest to come
Im sticking with Mining / Armorsmithing. I have the goal to have all major Plans for Blacksmithing and specifically Armorsmithing, so i reckon i'll keep trying to get those things.
just keep my skinning / mining
since Soooooooo meny will try out the jewelcrafting!
Ill just do what i'm best at, pay my way! :P
I think we can be happy to do something the first two days. I remember the start 11 feb 2005....gsus took me 48h to get into Aszune.
Jewelcrafting is laid aside as pricess will go insance after that the market will be filled with Jewelcrafters.....
So for me it's just getting to 70, cry a lot for the blueish gear that overkills my T1/T2 items and go on with RG2.....
Same here Daedalus. I just want to level my character as fast as possible.
At first i thought i would try out Jewelcrafting with Mjol.. (a stout, little dwarf warrior making jewels sounds, oddly, appealing :))
But i am yet to be convinced about the whole profession. :g:
So im starting to think along the lines of doing some sort of smithing. Gonna look around for info..
And my alt (Baelhar, lock, 46 atm) is probably the only one having a chance of being so lucky, to be lvled up to, at first 60, then 70.. :D
And he will most likely stick to do what he does best: Running around, picking pretty, little flowers and mash them into juices.
edit: Agree with the 2 above posts. It's not gonna interfere with my lvling.. And yes, i think there will be sooo many Jewelcrafters..
Going to do jewelcrafting either on my warrior or priest :)
keep what i got on duk, im to lazy to level up 1 to 300 again :P

You can't mate :( Once you chose either weaponsmithing or armorsmithing, I believe you can't actually change :/ Even if you do reset the blacksmithing profession, but I may be wrong due to some unknown info about TBC, not really been that bothered reading up on what happens in TBC.

you will be able to switch mastery in blacksmithing.
And ill prolly stick with Dragonscale Leatherworking and Skinning, would also like to get my warrior to lvl 60/70 and have some fun with that.
