I would like to promote KKND to a full CS admin. He has offered to help me arrange and admin matches and has been an active match player for a while, so knows what's required. If you agree with this then please grant him the access to the Admin section of the forum.

Agreed, np here. He's been on the scene for a long time so knows what's going on - the more help the merrier.

I've added him to CS Admin Group in forum if you wanna make the announcement Whitey and add him in Mani :)
