Danish duo doing weird stuff, even movies and such. They've made this strip for years now. They always had a problem with Panda Bears for some reason

Yeah! They were on dr.dk as well. Some find them too offensive, which I can understand, but I guess my humor is just a bit sick
Yeah I have two books as well. And the daily strip mailing list is finally working again. So one new strip pr. day in the mail :flirty:
Did you check out the top 10? :roflmao:
EDIT:This one

Kinda reminds me of this Darwin Award:

heh yea xD
"First time walking on water, Jesus felt less confident" :roflmao:
Got the two first signed in a bookshop in Copenhagen :woot2:
Morgenthaler made a movie too.. "Princess" about a priest going frenzy because his sister was murdered or something.. Not a comedy, but I haven't seen it yet

Mine are signed as well, bought them from the site just as they came out :)
Yeah a morally intense film partly animated, partly crap (porn) footage, dealing with kids and the exposure to porn and the habits they learn from that. I have only seen the trailer and read a few reviews, but it seems interesting albeit a bit slow on pace.
Oh, and I heard an interview with Morgenthaler in the radio and he really is a man with opinions!
Check out the cool artwork!
Well I think I will have to buy that movie at some point :D
When I got the books signed I had to explain to them that it really was for me, and my name is indeed for boys if you remove the 'e' in the end.. That was before the new pope, which has made it slightly easier :lmfao:
Btw.. We can't be the only two who finds these guys facinating and funny? where are all the others? Is the danish humour that scary?

I fear that most people find the humor in the comics too extreme
A shame really :nope:
Just ordered a signed edition of the 4th book btw :D Looking forward to it!

I just love the streaking tree on the cover :roflmao: I ought to by it myself, but I have already read most of the strips on the net so I can't really rationalise buying it
yea the tree with the fitting name of the book 'The Beauty of Nature'.. its great! :roflmao:
Was looking through their shop under Misc and they had half a powerplant for sale.. sold out though.. only 30k euro's :lmfao:

I had not seen that - http://wulffmorgenthaler.myshopify.com/products/half-a-power-plant
:roflmao: That is brilliant
The strip today with the rare 'nose of the storm' is really funny :lmfao:
Indeed xD
I think I actually mentioned WM earlier on this forum, but that wasn't well recieved either..
I've been reading through some of the latest strips, but hell it aint good for me.. Less work gets done
Happens every time I find an interesting webcomic.. I can recommend LICD (http://leasticoulddo.com/)
Fun stuff aswell :D Although not in the same bizarre humour as WM.. a bit more sexist and such, but fun and well drawn :)

And this one is a fine example of border between funny and the direct opposite. I find it funny, but I can see why people don't

"At first glance it had been a relief to go to the loo, but Werner later had to realised that he had squeezed too hard"
lol :roflmao:
gotta love this strip :woot2:
Bloody excellent. My sort of humour. Reminds me of Gary Larson's 'The Far Side'. :thumb:
that is "lars larson" (mad worlrd) in norwegian :lmfao:
and my real name is Lars

Ditto. I have just about all of the Larson stuff and some of the books are worn from reading :)
Get the daily Comic sent to my mail, and once a week the newsletter arrives.. This week this were included in the news:
QuoteMAN DO NOT CLIMB MOUNT EVEREST
Yesterday, 31-year old Bastian Bombaardth, didn't climb Mount Everest. He was instead sitting at home trying figuring out who discovered coffee and the Domino-game. The population of Zagreb, Croatia, is rather disappointed that he didn't climb anything, but as Bastian tells us: "I don't care what the people of Zagreb think, I live Chicago and have never been in Zagreb." Bastian furthermore told us, that next year he'll still not climb any mountain - but instead increased his knowledge about coffee, the Domino-game and probably some astronomy.
I laughed :roflmao:
hehe. nice comment in a newsletter :lmfao:

Another newsletter quote:
QuoteSCIENTISTS DISCOVERS NEW FLAVOUR!
Swedish scientists from the university of Stockholm have discovered a whole new flavour which can be added to clay.
Petter Rysenlund explains: "We think that this will be a big hit! The flavour is a cross between strawberry, olives and the smell of a pillow after a good night sleep."
The flavour can only be added to clay, but Mr. Rysenlund believes that it will make the sale of clay go sky high. "We have always believed that the clay-material could - and should - be used for more than just sculpturing ashtrays, vases and remote-control holders. Now people will be able to enjoy clay the way God perhaps intended it - to be eaten as a snack or as a full meals."
I just find it very funneh.. sorry
Eat clay?
'sup with that?
Clearly you haven't been reading up on this thread to much
Not a serious newsletter you get from WM.. It kinda reflects the humor they use in their comic-strips :D
