Title: A question to all FM's

Do you want to keep the current fieldmarshal groups (for RG1/2) together? or do ppl want to split up and mix the leadership groups?
 
This is regardless of how we do the rest of the raid groups, and purely looking at how the management runs.
 
Please provide an awnser with motivation if at all possible :)
 
For myselfs, i would like to keep the management group as it is now, since i know all the ppl, and what they can do.

Well imo i would like to keep the RG2 group intact if possible since i know the ppl in it and feel confident on them too.

Hence the question, i am willing to either keep, or mix the groups, based on what you want.

Mixing them up would be cool im hoping with the expansion coming out to having a break for a while from leading though.

Agree, just on the leading part, is something i cant wait to challange :)
