Damn this map making have got me to think of old map ideas. Too bad I can't map (talent wise).
Use it if you want.
Hostage map
Roof is not drawn but my idea was that there should be ropes on the left side so you could climb down to the office. Maybe put in a vent or a sky light.
green is windows
purple is door/door opening

Hostages are the black dots in the cubicle area.
i was going to say the hossies are unrealisticaly placed. I.e. Ts are going to keep hossies in 1 or 2 rooms. like office. but come to think of it i kinda like the way they are.
An excellent setting for a large cs_map would be Malmö City Library, aka "the Calendar of Light". I'm surprised that Sadako hasn't picked this one up yet.
Imagine a library with a large open hall and balconies in four levels. Add to it that the two sides facing towards a park are made entirely of glass! For reference, floorplans are provided here:

A map should probably be based on the left side only, excluding the bit to the right of the cylinder. Also the entire first floor, apart from the entrance, should be removed to somewhat reduce the size of the map.
As you can see, the main hall is open up to level 4 and the glass wall is to the top and to the left in the picture. The lower part is concrete with windows marked by the gaps. Hostages should probably be placed on levels 2 and 3. Making the windows breakable and adding some ropes would give CT's points of entry, alongside the main entrance on level 1 and perhaps skylights to level 4.
The open hall will give a sniper on the top level control over a large part of the building, but by putting hostages to the back among the shelves CT's can reach them in cover. I would also consider adding a fire-escape to the back so that hostages can be extracted without having to pass through the main hall. A night setting and light switches on every level would give an extra touch, and perhaps some cameras with a control room on level 1.
Since the balconies are reachable only by a few stairs, the games should lead to hostages actually being rescued. CT's can move in on one level, grab the hostages and extract while the T's still control the other levels. Alternately they can move in via the skyligths to level 4 and work their way down. I can see extensive use of flash and smoke on this map.
I can't show you any good pictures, perhaps Sadako can do a little 'library spotting', but if you ever come to Malmö, this is a must see!
Library spotting eh. It is a five minute walk from home ... I can do that. ;)

Nah, but in the summer time (May to September) it usually is.
But where's the litter, the mess, the traffic jams, the smog, the beggars, the dead pidgeons, the run down buildings and the general grime?
Ohh it's Sweden I forgot, you don't have that....you swines
Nice floor plans cain , that looks like a nice map 2 make :D
