I didn't have a network card so I just got myself a Genius GF100TXR 10/100 mps PCI card. Not installed it yet but is this suitable?

Also with only 2 x 5 GB HDD's with next to no space left on them I've just got a Maxtor Plus9 120GB 8MB cache drive. Loads of room for games now. And maybe just a little pron. Just about to install it now so might not be on tonight if I balls it up.

that card should b fine, as should any 10/100 card.

u git, i need HD space. i not got hardly any games installed at the moment as im only running a 15gig hd and u cant fit very much on it. i think i usually get between 15-30gig of stuff at lans, especially at iseries lans coz they have 100s of funny videos up on the leech server

You can have one of the HDD's I'm taking out if you want?
I'll be keeping one as a spare but the others yours if you do.

Ones a 5 GB the others a 6.

New HDD is in and working. Got XP Pro OS , XP Pro Office and ADSL modem all working but thats about it at the mo. HL and CS next, got the patches on disk I think so won't have to DL any.

Easier than I thought it would be.
