Title: Good fun last night

It was slow to get going but I had a great time until midnight.

When my wireless dropped for the 2nd time I had enough of it... signal quality good - yet still drops at random.
 
Too drunk to play decently but GGs though apart from me goofing about. Think I would be top fragger if hossies were included... as CT... :blush:
 
Edit: And I just gained some respect for you guys doing cans of whatever alcohol while playing CS... 2-3 beers fine, but then it gets... uhm... "Damn. What am I now? Oh yeah, I am T now. So go shoot the other ones. Right. Damn. What was i? Go see score board. Oh yeah!"

Had good fun on the Office_Extended map although Whitey often nuked me from behind :ninja: .  WP mate.
 
We should do more special maps from the beginning imho.

You should see the results after a normal Friday-evening session of MH...Usually 3-8 empty beers.
Must say that I usually improve after 2 Grolsch...

Can i just make a brief comment on last night. I would prefer not to play custom map events until boundries have been set for maps. Last night i wasn't very happy when walking out of T spawn with the rest of my team we got rushed and slaughtered. :angry:

If you mean de_losttemple, then that was due to the fact that most of us either did not know the map at all or knew it only partly. That goes for most of us, except for Whitey, who ended up giving the CTs a guided tour through the ruins ^^

If you don't know one of the maps, please say so at the start and we can hold the game and give you the tour.  That's assuming there's someone on who does know it :blink:

Unfortunatley most of the custom maps don't have a mini map, so doing this for each one isn't an option.

Thanks whitey. Sorry if it came across wrong but it was rather annoying last night and i felt a bit annoyed. Yes i do accept that it is a new map but it has been played by dmw by quite a few members many times before.

Those members were not the ones playing CT on Sunday.  It was a new map to a few of the CT's.  Once I was told that, I put the game on hold to walk through the map.  The limits we set on the map prior to Sunday were further forward than those I have posted here and they may be revised with further play.

great work on the map.
 
a couple of suggestions:
1. CT often used the main stairs in the middle of the map. I think they should continue to, as it is a great point for them. (pending #2)
2. CT should not go into the hall in the right, but stay at its doors, near the bomb site, as entering the hall gives them too much of an advantage.

I think we should try with the boundaries I have put on, as the main stairs give the CT's too much of an advantage.  If it doesn't work out, we can change it.
