Friday night suits me, after 7pm but before 10pm server time.  I have to head out that night.  (This arrangement might also be prone to a change - dinner has been offered by friend...)

Best choice is Sunday night, although after 9pm server time would be best (because I'll be at home for dinner).

I'd personally prefer Friday night as there is a chance I'll be in college on the Sunday night finishing off a coursework project.

Both Friday and Sunday would work fine for me, but if I were to choose, I'd take Sunday over Friday, since it's more likely that some friends will try to get me out of my apartment to socialize on Friday rather on Sunday

Any of the days, I'd say somewhere between 9 and 10 pm server time (shouldn't need to take much more than an hour).

But for this to be of any use, I think we at least should all be there, and also have some kind of rough idea over what points we should go through. I'll add a small list of things I have in mind a bit later today.

Firstly, a person to chair the meeting and one to take the minutes should be chosen.
Than this are my suggestion for what we could discuss.

I guess a limit for max one hour for the meeting could be set? If it should turn out to take any longer than that, we can reschedule for another meeting?

Got uw-rugby practice on Mon and Tue, but can probably squeeze in an hour from 7pm to 8pm.

Wed and Thurs fra 7pm to 11pm

Next weekend my mother and sister comes to visit me, so a bit hard to say - Saturday will at least be out of the question.
Friday after 7pm will probably be doable.
Sunday most of the day will also probably be doable.

• Are we satisfied with the first month of the "New SOG"?
• Have we done anything good?
• Have we done anything not so good??
• What are our plan further on - do we wish to raid?
• If yes:
• Should we set ourselves a date to aim for, and if so: when?
• Who can and will take responsibility for being in charge of the raid group? Or do we need another officer for that?
• Should we aim for one or two raid groups?
• When (or if) shall we start to recruit to fill up on the needed classes, and how shall the recruitment process work?
• Should we cooperate with another guild to set up a raid group?
• If no:
• Should we offer some kind of other organized activities for our members (e.g. PvP)?

• There was talk about creating a joint guild chat channel (with Genesis) some time back - are we gonna try get this thing up and running?
• Communication
• How can we best assure a continuous, dynamic and living flow of communication among us officers?
• Are discussion and debates on the forum working out?
• Do we need to schedule regular TS meetings to talk things out?
• Should we have some kind of goal to communicate out to the members of the guild on a regular basis, so that they know what are going on?
• What about the rank change, are we doing it? + what type of ranks?
I recall Gorion saying we should go for this agenda. He had also edited something into it I think.

I feel we have achieved something, by bring guild membership back under control.  Things have stabilised and credit where credit is due - Bob and co have steadied the ship.
The last fortnight has been slow - we haven't been proactive enough, in debating the anticipated difficulties ahead (something I feel we ought to be doing a lot more of).

What are our plan further on - do we wish to raid?

YES YES YES YES YES

If yes:

I cannot stress enough that I want to raid.  I want to raid, but a maximum of two evenings a week.  Much of the content of the game is raid driven, and I still want to see it.

I think a date gives us a target, which is something to aim for.  I would suggest that we aim at Easter, and take it from there.  Furthermore, having told the guild the raid date, give a projected raid group: warrior, warrior (dps), rogue, hunter, pally, priest, druid (tank), druid (healing), mage, lock etc. to give them an idea of the group makeup we want.
If Gorion wasn't GM, I would have suggested that he take the role of Raid Leader, but given his responsibilities, and the fact he's likely to be MT1 or MT2 he'll have enough on his plate.  I would do it, but I'm likely to be MA (if I'm the hunter), and I tend to lose concentration on things once I'm familiar with them.

I would like someone with a clear voice on TS - Bob, Raggy, Drazila?

As for another officer, given the makeup of likely raiding officers and the roles they'll have, I would suggest making Drazila marshall, if not officer, and giving him overall responsibility for the initial raids, even over officers for the duration of the raid.  Initiative deserves to be rewarded imho.
Initial raids will be ten man, and I think we're going to need two raid groups.  To make it different from before, first come first served could be used (based on the signup site).  I honestly think that two ten man raiding groups is what we are likely to be looking at.
Recruitment: as before, but with much more stringently applied familiarity criteria.
I say no.  We have enough people to manage this ourselves (provided we solve the healer crisis).
An alternative option certainly, but one or the other.  Arena teams need committed members, and it makes no sense to have one when people don't turn up.
I say yes.  Their TS is MUCH more active than ours.
Communication

How can we best assure a continuous, dynamic and living flow of communication among us officers?
The key is to ensure people reply.  I can check the forum everyday, hopefully most officers can too.  It takes five minutes to type a reply and give your opinion.
Only in the run-up to raids recommencing (if they do).
Targets are nice, but keep them realistic.  I think the difference between this SoG and the old one should be that it isn't pressured.  Keep it simple.
Ranks are fine as they are.

Sorry I was on college computer terminals so couldn't just logon on to TS (namely a lack of a microphone).

Will talk to you all Sunday, if you could chuck me a copy of the minutes I'll make any comments I feel I should make.

Just a small correction here Gorion, think you mixed the dates:
We should have the poll on who want to raid (simple YES/NO) as soon as we have announced to the members our plans forward (I can make a draft for such an announcement as soon as you get out the detailed summary from the meeting).
On the 2nd of April (or perhaps half a week earlier, so we get the poll going before the easter holiday starts) we should have the poll on which days people are available for raiding :)
