Roger Wilco is good, in my view the best, or there's TeamSpeak.

We use roger wilco for bf1942 atm, although some people reckon teamspeak is a lot better. I dunno :turn-l:
edit: pipped to the post :P
Teamspeak 2 is top notch. The guys at Tactical Gamer have been using it for ages.
I use it with NWN and GR and it works great!
