Well, it won't be long now until we are all wiped out by killer robots starting world war 3.

Its nice to know it's the British Military thats going to cause it and not the yanks as previously advertised in the three documentaries

"The Terminator"
"Terminator 2: Judgement Day"
"Terminator 3: Rise of the machines"

Skynet (http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/sci/tech/6434773.stm) is a British military satellite which was launched today at 22:25, by the time you see this it may already be online and half way to self awareness.

If your name is John or Sarah Connor, don't answer the door to any body builders.

Perhaps they did and went down to Blockbuster to get them out.

You can just imagine it as the end credits were rolling off.

Seriously though, why would they call it skynet? Has none of the workers there ever seen Terminator? Jesus, they should expect nerdy jokes like this :doh:

I think that was the point. Don't forget, the guys developing this thing are probably just as geeky, if not more so, than we are. I bet they both expected and encouraged these kind of comments.

Oh god, it's all happening as in the documentaries.

Okay it's taken 4 years, but now they want it to take over everyones computer.
