just saw the news for japan, about a plain that had to do a controlled emergency landing. the front wheel didn't work. no one got injured during the landing.

i saw it too, they had to fly 2 hours to get out of fuel first.

Absolutely textbook - beautifully controlled landing - pilot did really well.

I was going to say the same thing, I would fly on that plane anyday. That landing looked smoother then some Easy Jet flights I've endured. :sideways:

I could say the same about a couple of Norwegian airliners - that landing those pilots managed to pull through was just smoooth :thumbsup2:
