I came yesterday with someone who never played PCS (DaolaVinci).
I would like him to discover another way to play CS and I think he didn't read all the players standard, but between his first row and the last he tried to respect them by learning the territory's limits, team tactics and so on.
In brief it was a learning stage, this is why I wrote french yesterday.
He's now banned from the servers. I respect this decision but I think it is a severe reaction.

By signing up for PCS on our servers he must have read the following lines.

There is nothing unclear about this. When you sign up for PCS it is the same thing as you sign with your signature that you agree with the terms. It is in a way a contract. We let you play here if you abide to the rules.
I saw Daolavinci do numerous faults yesterday and told him so by serversay. I was very kind by not kicking him after all I saw on de_aztec. I asked the remaining dMw members to report if anything else happened after I left. From the message I got from them there were even more and worse things going on after I left. He left many players, not just dMw members very upset by his actions.
As of now the ban stays. Daolavinci can reach us at admins@deadmen.co.uk if he wants to argue his case.
I explained it to him.
I think he will write to admins.
