Some of you may recall that I fried a couple of sticks of my new OCZ RAM a short while ago..
Seeing that I bought it from overclukkers.co.uk I knew that I had to go straight back to OCZ and try my luck.
The entire process was relatively painless. I went to their website and posted up my stats and issues. Was contacted the next day and asked to run their memory test. Posted the results and was contacted the next day by their RMA folks. Day after that I received my RMA number..
Posted the RAM to the Netherlands of all places. Once they received it the new sticks were on their way to me from the US..
Received today. Working fine.
