This thread should be used for when new member are invited into the guild so that the admins will know who to give the proper access rights to. Also post in this thread when a member leaves SOG, so access can be revoked accordingly.

Keep the posts simple, so that is easy for the admins to read them and take proper action:

Tanales can now see SOG Member sections.  He can no longer see Officer sections as he could until 2 days ago - up until then he held an advisor spot along with Lunares and me from day one, but was kicked due to inactivity.  I have re-checked the permissions adn the current officer permissions are accurate now with the exception of Tanales who is now removed.

Yes.  Neither have had access since they quit.

Due to an oddity in the forum software, Bastet can still see some thread titles that he personally created whilst a member, but he cannot see any content of those ancient threads and cannot see any content in the SOG section or any titles of new posts.  I have a screenshot of what he could see and it is basically a couple of thread titles from the end of 2006, nothing anything like recent, and as I said he cannot see any content.
