I was just curios, I've been playing BF2 today and have managed to gain a few medals, and ribbons. I was then looking around the BFHQ section and the BF2S site and apparently I have no stats at all. The ribbons and medals I have don't show up on the BFHQ section and the points dont show up on BF2S. Is this because I have not played long enough, because I know that BF2S only starts showing your stats once you have 100+ points, but surely the medals and ribbons show up in the BFHQ bit?
Any suggestions to get this to show up?

I have got BF2 not 2142. And the gaming name is -=[dMw]=-Exodus, (the dMw part is not a prefix).

They are ranked yes;
This player has been looked up and found to have less than 100 global points.
BF2S.com does not track players with less than 100 points.

Stats haven't been updating and this is a bit of discussion whether or not some stats are lost or not. Some say yes, some say no. Who knows right now.
Also, you can make BF2 leaderboards to follow your friends :)

I liked the ranking part also and just checked your Leaderboards RB, where do the FoCa/CoFR guys rank?
I might get interested in the game again when I know some decent servers/players.
I don't know if alot of people still rank within -=[dMw]=- though. I allways thought there was hardly anyone really in to the ranking.

The site from BF2s is really good btw as you can see what you need for the next rank and such.
The fastest way to get GlobalPoints is if you resupply people or get healing points.
1 healingpoint or resupplypoint = 1 globalpoint.
1 revive = 2 globalpoints.
When I did some fast ranking I did that on IO-servers (InfantryOnly).
On IO-servers you get more/faster healingpoints/resupplypoints and I think the teamplay on IO-servers is a bit better usually.
From what i keep hearing the stats server for ea's bf2 game is down the 2142 server also went down too. This has caused backlogs in stats which still need to be updated. My score is stuck at 10362 and has been for the last week or so. Just another reason not to buy any other dice or ea game release.

I think the BF2142 stats are fine. I checked yesterday-evening.
Not sure what stats have to do with buying an EA/Dice game though.

I think GMjr is right. BF2S states that I haven't played since the 8th of June which I know is BS. So unless something's up with the RIP servers, something is broken at EA...

Bf2 is about teamplay but its a shame when the stats just don't update. Imagine if the same happened in wow. Besides i don't think i'll buy anymore of their games as they lack any pride in their community with bugs in bf2 which still haven't been sorted out. Also for those who use 2142, doesn't it feel like a bf2 mod in many ways it feels like that to me. I get the same error messages and same problems and glitches that i do in bf2 and no its not my computer its the game. Being capped at private when you have already passed that rank is one of them and many many others.:sideways:
What kind of Error messages?
In BF2142 I only get the packet-loss Error but haven't had that in a while now (let me know which problems you have).
For the rest, the ranking part in BF2 and BF2142 is completely different. BF2142 seems to update ranks and points even when you leave halfway out a game. Also when you've ranked during BF2142 you get the unlock straight away after the ending of the round.
Some bugs are really annoying, true, but then again, go on the RIPserver, if you see someone use a wallglitch or so, let the RIPguys know and I reckon they'll sort it for you.

Gamespy had a problem, not EA. Gamespy keep the stats. So what we say! Gamespy asked EA to help sort the problem and they did.
At this time most peoples stats are working fine, for others, like me :(, there is still a backlog of stats to process.
[RIP] servers worked and still work with the same problem experienced by everyone elses servers.
[RIP] has an EA employee as a member and he has kepy us informed throughout. What I realise is we did a naff job of keeping everyone else informed. Apologies for that and thanks for dropping by [RIP]. By now most of the guys know and respect the -=dMw=- tags whenever they see them. Respect.

I have ben on a work placement ad have only seen you post. Basically there weren't any error messages as such but when i close my bf2 game down i get two error message sounds. This happens on both my pc's and the techie put it down to my computer having two seperate processors. Anyway with regard to the stats the stats server has been down for about two weeks and its now up and running again. The guy who is in rip who works for ea said it was gamespy's fault so i have no idea. Besides if you get bad feedback regarding stats then shouldn't you take over the stats servers and not outsource them to other companies as ea not gamespy will get the wrap as it's their game.

I have dual processor and I dont have the problem your talking about - and I've never heard of anyone else having it. I think theres a strong likeihood that its your machine - hardware or software - that is causing a problem.
BF2 has a few minor niggles but nothing that would stop me playing it - best VFM game I've EVER bought.

I started watching the gspy server and saw it clear up a little while ago.
You can dot he same if you substitute your PID. Your score is after your name amidst the data dump (I've written something to read it, but never compiled it for others). You can check your score before the sub-sites pick up the updates.
