That is a little bit confusing, i'd click the right cancel to actually 'cancel' it, and the left on to say, accept, unless they are using reverse-psychology.

I'd scout the page source and try to see where each link would go to. :narnar: I bet it's the left one though.

If it's not... you might hit edit and see if there's an easier way to cancel ...or go back from that page ...or just hit alt+f4!
