Title: Changing Teams
Post by: Whitey on June 28, 2007, 09:46:05 PM
There are a few seconds between the round ending and when the new round starts.  If an admin sets someone to change teams at the end of the round, then during this time they will have the new skin and you will be able to shoot them.  Please don't do it as it's not very sporting!

I think this is quite important really. If a player is offering themselves to the other team, then it's not very nice to lower their score when they are helping!

Oh and Sven, i have something for you.... it's called a headshot!!

No shooting people when they spawn as the other team in our spawn got it, i'll let 'em run off, unless they shoot at me.

But remember, usually it's and admin that makes the switch or that SHOULD switch!

I guess the person who gets swapped shouldn't shoot either.

They definitely should not!

Eternal, there isn't time to run off as it's right at the end of the round.

Must admit, didn't know something like that existed and seems pointless to exploit it.

Oh, oh, oh! I understand now!
I thought you were talking about people being swapped at the start of a round, I.E, an admin swaps a player over at the start of the round, and then (s)he has to run to the other spawn as fast as their legs can carry them.

What I do when I see that happen is I usually send some shots his/her way to let make that person sort of "aware" of the new potential (and I say potential because most people simply don't notice) hostility surrounding him/her. To be completely honest though, I've sometimes just killed them, as I had never really considered the point of it being unfair.
