the UK Jericho (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0437013/) (not the US TV Series) is actually very good TV. It is a film-noir detecttive series happening in the 50s, in London.
Warmly recommend as a DVD hire.

It quickly degenerated into a load of bollox! Shame really, I enjoyed the first half dozen episodes then the writers seems to run out of steam.

Got to say that I'm now pretty much into Jericho the US-TVseries.
Good series about Nukes going off through the US and towns are left to themselfs to handle their problems.
Must say it keeps me away from C0D now.
