Title: Some basics
Post by: Benny on July 24, 2007, 04:37:29 PM
Figured I'd post it seeing as everyone else was being nice...

I don't care where you aim your gun as long as you don't stop in a doorway to make that choice.

I really don't care if you are tip-toeing, just don't do it right behind me so when I need to duck back in through a door I don't get stuck reversing into your fat ass. (Although I like doing it to other people)

Run with your f*****g knife out, you slow, lardy git.

'Rush' is not a call to hook your stereo up and listen to 'Power of Love' ballads from the late 80's. Why not call your own 'amble' and mince about at the back scared of getting hurt.

If the last 6 'rushes' didn't work, it's a fairly safe bet that you are now skint and another rush will come a cropper, and I don't mean Roy and Hayley. Real men work together.

If you have the numbers advantage and the time is running out, why not stick your head out so they can pick you off and get a cheap - all dead - win.

I've read that knife, nade or pistol gives the same running speed, and that the basic sniper is even faster ;)

lol, true, 1v1 3 times is way easier then 1 vs 3, so lay low but stick together a bit (not 1 m, but in the same room or so)

Biggest tip for me, if the bomber/SL calls rush...... rush!

On Sunday night I called a rush on Rio, 4 front, 4 back.
What did we end up with?   1 front and 2 back! The other 5  pottered about until we lost the round

stopping in or near doorways is my big gripe.

you're either stopping a teammate going thru or retreating:sideways:

lead, follow, or get out of the way:eyebrow:

i remember that rush whitey
thank god i was a terrorist :yahoo:
it was quite easy to pick you up one by one :narnar:

well, only when the team stay together during a rush, the chance is high that the rush is successful.
what i also see very often is that the first who rush die, the team see him die, and then they stay in the tunnel or house, or where they are, because they are afraid to go out... they dont want to die also...
then they waste valuable time waiting and this makes it more easy for the defenders.
i think a rush must be very fast, suprising (when possible), and it must be done with the hole team.

i have a question: how do you use the armor? do you always buy it when you buy a weapon, and how about the helm?
