Were there perhaps also scenes with Tom Bombadil that were cut from it?

Im quite sure I've seen the decapitating scene before.. I got the Special Extended edition which is pictured in the very beginning of that video so I reckon its only in that one?

Probably so. I wonder why it was cut though, it's not like and extra 3 minutes would've made it "too long" :g:
