Can we have a separate forum for the CS Public Admins where we can post guidelines, admin info and where the Public admins can request Permanent Bans and post issues.
The forum should only be accessible by CS Game and Public Admins.
Public admin list still needs to be sorted.

Forum created, Only those in candidate list that have accepted can see it (as well as the Admin School staff and the forum Admins (OB/TL/Gandy/Me)
