Maybe Bob's (not so) allmighty forum administration rights allow him to see which accounts regularly visit to the SoG part of the forum? Big brother is always watching; some of this stuff must be logged :devil: .

Actualy, within this section you should be able to do the same as i did, on the top right of the poll there should be a plain text bit that says edit poll, which gives you the option window and also to edit the numbers.
